SHIPPING POLICY

Each Package is carefully wrapped in glassline paper to protect the painting and bubble wrapped.

Items will be processed for shipping within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.   

Delivery times will vary by location.

You will receive notification of shipping details with tracking information to your email.

Paintings will be shipped via Canada Post.

Oversized packages will be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS.

Shipping Charges for Canada and U.S. will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

Joanne Lepicek is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless there is an error with the listing. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.
